Being a youth worker today is difficult. Doing it while having a chronic illness and/or disability is even more so. The truth is, your story of struggle, pain and worship is powerful and inspirational to this generation and the young people you serve.
AYM is positioned to provide you with the support you may need through coaching, connection and championing your calling. We launched AYM in July of 2024 and begin the process of developing networks, identifying needs and creating systems, to provide you, the youth leader, free access to short term ministry and leadership coaching in order to come alongside you and your journey of serving Jesus.
